I was diagnosed with POTS suddenly in July of 2019 and spent the next year and a half totally couch-bound and practically disabled. Before July 2019, I was a busy nursing student, college dancer, and working 3 jobs. Just a week before my diagnosis, I was hiking all throughout sunny California and traveling throughout the country. By August 2019, I was barely able to stand to brush my teeth.

In 2021, after countless doctors, autonomic clinics, and medication trials, I was able to gain a bit of my health back and become somewhat “functional” again. And after two years of being unable to walk to the beach, I was able to not just walk onto the beach and sit in my chair, but go in the ocean and walk along the shoreline.

After a year of being able to get a bit of my life back, I knew I wanted to help the POTS community so I created POTS Starter Packs on Etsy for people with POTS to help them find the best products for them. I am happy to say that POTS Subscription Boxes are finally here!
